Return Policy

At Vital Stag Pets, we want you and your pets to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

1.7-Day Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

For the health and safety of all our furry customers, we cannot accept returns on the following items unless they are faulty:

  • Opened Food & Treats: Any edible items where the seal is broken.
  • Personal Care: Shampoos, balms, or grooming tools that have been used.
  • Used Bedding & Apparel: Any item that shows signs of pet hair, odor, or wear.
  • Chewed Toys: Toys are not indestructible; we cannot offer returns on items damaged by pet play.

3. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@vitalstagpets.cloud with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Shipping Costs: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong thing, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want (such as a different size of harness) is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Denied: If the item is returned in a condition that violates our hygiene policy (e.g., covered in pet hair), we will contact you to discuss returning the item back to you at your expense.
