 Vital Stag Pets is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us because of unpaid customs fees or a refusal to pay import duties, the original shipping cost will not be refunded, and any return fees incurred may be deducted from your refund.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items (such as liquids, aerosols, or specific organic pet treats) may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on the destination country's regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the items ordered can be legally imported into their country.

6. Damages and Lost Packages
